Yvonne completed her Bachelors in Nutrition and obtained a certificate in Advanced Sports Nutrition. She performs nutritional assessment and does meal plan development, focusing on individuals that engage in endurance, as well as strength training. Yvonne is a sport enthusiast, avid runner and health ambassador.
