Service Description

Our rehabilitation programmes include prehab, post-injury rehabilitation, post-op rehabilitation, strengthening and conditioning of any sport or non-sport related condition. Our rehabilitation program includes a full evaluation and athlete management plan before the rehabilitation exercises commence. Sports rehabilitation will include several treatment aspects which may include strengthening exercises, mobility exercises, stability exercises, pain relief techniques and functional drills specific to your sport or fitness goals.
